Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ReachArena ("ReachArena", "we", "us"). They apply when you create an account, connect a LinkedIn account, or buy a plan. If you do not agree, do not use ReachArena.

1. The service

ReachArena helps members get likes and comments on their LinkedIn posts. Members on the Free Forever and Growth plans exchange engagement: their LinkedIn account likes and comments on posts of other members, and other members do the same for them. Members on the Private Boost plan only receive engagement. ReachArena also offers the Content Engine, which writes LinkedIn posts from your ideas with AI and can publish them at a time you choose.

The number of likes and comments in a plan is a maximum. The real number depends on how many members are available, on LinkedIn, and on other things we do not control. We do not promise a number of likes, comments, views, followers, or any business result.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a contract.
• You must give true information and keep it current.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person can have one ReachArena account. One LinkedIn account can be connected to one ReachArena account only.
• You may connect only a LinkedIn account that is yours.

3. Connecting your LinkedIn account

To connect LinkedIn, you install the ReachArena Chrome extension. The extension sends your LinkedIn session cookies to ReachArena, which stores them encrypted. ReachArena uses li_at and JSESSIONID to act on your behalf. We never ask for your LinkedIn password.

You allow ReachArena to use this session to do these things for you:

• Read your basic profile (name, headline, photo, profile link) to confirm the connection.
• Find your new posts.
• Publish the posts that you schedule in the Content Engine.
• On the Free Forever and Growth plans only: like and comment on posts of other members, between 09:00 and 19:00 in your time zone, within the limits that we set. Comments are written by AI.

You can stop this at any time. Disconnect LinkedIn in the app, or delete your account. When you sign out of LinkedIn, the session stops working.

4. LinkedIn rules and account risk

ReachArena is not made, approved, or supported by LinkedIn. LinkedIn's user agreement limits automated activity. LinkedIn can warn, limit, or close accounts that it thinks use automation. We keep the number of actions low and spread them over time, but we cannot remove this risk.

You use ReachArena at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions that LinkedIn takes against your account. If LinkedIn limits your account, we stop all actions with it.

5. Plans, prices, and payment

• Free Forever costs nothing. Growth and Private Boost are paid subscriptions, billed weekly or monthly. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the Plans & Billing page before you pay.
• The weekly plans have a lower price for the first week. This first-week price is available one time per customer. After the first week, the normal weekly price applies until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record. Dodo Payments charges your card, adds sales tax or VAT where the law requires, and sends your invoices. Its own terms also apply to your payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Plan limits reset every 30 days from the start of your plan, also for weekly plans.

6. Plan changes, failed payments, and cancellation

• An upgrade from Growth to Private Boost starts at once. You pay the new price, less a credit for the unused part of your current period.
• A downgrade, or a change between weekly and monthly billing, starts at the end of your current period.
• If a payment fails, your account uses the Free Forever limits at once, until the payment succeeds.
• You can cancel at any time in the app. Your plan stays until the end of the period that you paid for. Then your account goes to Free Forever.

7. Refunds

We do not give refunds for part of a period, for unused limits, or for engagement that was not delivered because too few members were available. If you think a charge is wrong, contact support. We review each request, and we can give a full refund when we think it is fair. Where the law in your country gives you a right to cancel and get a refund, that right still applies.

8. Your content

Your posts, ideas, and drafts stay yours. You give ReachArena permission to store and process them only to run the service, for example to write AI comments that match a post or to publish a post that you scheduled. You are responsible for what you publish, also for posts that the Content Engine wrote and you approved.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use ReachArena to:

• Break the law or the rights of other people.
• Publish or boost content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading, or spam.
• Connect a LinkedIn account that is not yours, or create many accounts to get more free limits or more first-week prices.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attack the service or the extension.
• Resell the service without our written permission.

We can refuse to boost a post, and we do not write AI comments on posts that our moderation flags.

10. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts other members at risk, or if the law requires it. When possible, we tell you first. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. When you delete it, we cancel your plan at once with no refund and delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

11. The service and its changes

ReachArena, its software, the extension, and its brand belong to us. We can change, add, or remove features, change limits, or change prices. We tell you before a price change applies to your plan. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel.

12. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or actions that LinkedIn takes against your account. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. We show the date of the newest version at the top of this page, and we email you about important changes. If you use ReachArena after a change applies, you accept the new terms.

15. General

If a part of these terms is not valid, the other parts still apply. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give up that right. You cannot transfer your account or these terms without our permission.
